Compensation Business Systems Analyst (24 Months Contract)

This role is based in Austin, TX with additional locations available.

Compensation:

$123,000/year to $179,000/year + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement compensation solutions.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Support system testing and user training for successful deployment.
• Utilize Workday, BI Tools, and Excel for reporting and data integrity.
• Analyze compensation trends and provide insights through reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in compensation, finance, or consulting.
• Experience with Workday and advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
