Compensation:

$152,000/year to $213,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Apply analytical rigor and brand strategy to deliver innovative marketing programs.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Insights to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Deliver cross-channel marketing programs including strategy, creative development, execution, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
  • Author creative briefs and partner pitches to address brand challenges.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify opportunities for integrated marketing programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale brand-building marketing initiatives.
  • Understanding of consumer dynamics and experience utilizing consumer research to drive actionable insights.
  • Experience leading media and creative agencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work with various internal and external teams.
  • BA/BS degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the tech sector.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, agile environment.
