Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize end-to-end service delivery processes for employee benefits.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational workflows to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex service issues.
- Monitor service metrics and report on performance to leadership.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of employee queries.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and Meta policies.
- Advise employees on benefits options and processes.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of operational experience in People Operations or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in leading service delivery programs.
- Experience with benefits administration in EMEA is advantageous.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management experience.
