Compensation:

$199,000/year to $272,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Single Threaded Leader (STL) for AI transformation initiatives, managing end-to-end program management.
  • Integrate AI tools into manufacturing operations, ensuring supplier readiness and executing development builds.
  • Establish engagement models and define roles between internal teams and external partners.
  • Utilize AI/ML technologies to influence design and process decisions to meet operational KPIs.
  • Communicate risk and status to management, presenting options for resolution.
  • Champion continuous improvement through AI tools to optimize workflows.
  • Manage program health including backlogs, sprint adherence, and resource allocation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in program management, operations leadership, or AI transformation roles.
  • Experience in digital transformation within complex hardware or consumer electronics environments.
  • Strong data-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication with a broad range of stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving AI programs from concept to scaled deployment.
  • Knowledge of AI skills and emerging technologies.
