Workforce Strategy Manager, Cloud Marketing, Strategy and Operations

Compensation:

$137,000-$201,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally across cloud marketing, finance, people operations, recruiting, and other Google Marketing teams.
  • Monitor workforce metrics and implement strategic business decisions.
  • Manage executive stakeholders related to workforce functions.
  • Support seamless execution of workforce strategy across teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, operations, or business strategy.
  • 4 years of experience in workforce strategy and management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Strong leadership and executive stakeholder management skills.
