Compensation:
$142,000-$205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Define program goals and Go-To-Market strategies aligned with Waze’s business priorities.
- Act as the liaison between Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing.
- Manage program documentation, including strategic roadmaps and operational playbooks.
- Oversee global content initiatives and partnership models.
- Manage the program budget and monitor success metrics.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-stakeholder projects.
- 6 years of relevant work experience in BtoC Marketing or Program Management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the tech industry and understanding of consumer apps.
- Experience with data analysis and managing program-level budgets.
- Proven ability to translate market research into scalable content programs.
