Compensation:

$171,000-$248,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team; set and communicate priorities that support organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement test methodologies and tools to improve product quality.
  • Qualify servers and specialized hardware for Google’s data centers.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal or regulatory requirements.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8 years of technical experience with enterprise hardware.
  • 8 years of experience in Test Design and Test Methodologies.
  • 8 years of experience leading a team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in product verification and validation testing.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automating test plans.
