This role is based in Mountain View, CA, where you'll collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to improve product design for billions of users.

Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and execution of large-scale UX programs.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the UX/product lifecycle.
  • Manage vendor relationships and operational workflows for user insights.
  • Oversee major AI initiatives for Ads product teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6 years in program management within design or UX.
  • Experience with UX design and user research methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in AI program management.
  • Ability to integrate UX processes into product development.
