Compensation:

$176,000-$189,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage human-robot interaction, creating intuitive ways for users to interpret robot intent.
  • Architect and develop full-stack web applications for robotics fleet management and ML training.
  • Collaborate with ML researchers, hardware engineers, and product managers to enhance user experiences.
  • Rapidly prototype and adapt solutions to emerging AI capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HCI, Design, or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in web and full-stack development with frameworks like TypeScript and Python.
  • Experience in designing and implementing user interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with robotics or AI systems focusing on user trust and system transparency.
  • Familiarity with robotics tooling such as spatial interfaces and 3D visualizations.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and solve complex technical issues.
