Compensation:

$151,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex tasks and transform them into user-friendly designs.
  • Collaborate with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the design process.
  • Support global retail concepts and enhance consumer retail experiences.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of conversation design experience in product design or UX design.
  • 4 years of AutoCAD experience managing projects in data center or commercial construction.
  • Portfolio or relevant work links required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a cross-functional organization.
  • 2 years of experience leading design projects.
