This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative solutions.
  • Communicate user experience through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity prototypes.
  • Integrate user feedback and business requirements into product updates.
  • Advocate for design-centered changes and improvements.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
  • Portfolio or relevant links to your work.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a complex, cross-functional organization.
  • 1 year of experience leading design projects.
