This role is based in New York, NY.
Compensation:
$159,000 - $231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into thoughtful design solutions.
- Lead engagements with partner teams to evolve the brand and system.
- Integrate user feedback and research insights into product updates.
- Advocate for design improvements and build consensus across teams.
- Analyze user data to evaluate product impact and propose enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of experience in a UX Designer role.
- 4 years of experience applying design principles and leading design projects.
- Experience in partnering with UXR and analyzing data for solutions.
