Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

About the role:

As a UX Designer, you will transform complex tasks into intuitive experiences, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to craft seamless user experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end user flows and support the team in bringing new features to life.
  • Extend and contribute to the design system, applying reusable patterns across platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to create user-centered solutions.
  • Create design artifacts including mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
  • Incorporate user feedback and research into design iterations.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
  • Experience working on design systems.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a complex, cross-functional organization.
  • 1 year of experience leading design projects.
  • Familiarity with visual and interaction design tools.
