UX Designer, Google Maps

This role is based in Seattle, WA or Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Identify critical user journeys and design solutions based on user insights and business needs.
• Create design concepts for user research/testing in collaboration with UX researchers.
• Drive design improvements for navigation elements and utilize AI in the creative process.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
• Experience integrating AI in design workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a complex organization.
• 1 year of experience leading design projects.
