This role is based in Mountain View, CA or New York, NY.

Compensation:

$129,000-$185,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions addressing advertiser needs using AI methodologies.
  • Create user journeys, mockups, prototypes, and presentations to communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish user-centric goals and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Refine design systems and integrate new features into products.
  • Work with engineering to ensure design specifications are met and solve technical challenges creatively.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a complex, cross-functional organization.
  • Experience designing AI-powered solutions and working with design systems.
  • Experience in the advertising space and providing creative direction for larger projects.
