Compensation:
$132,000 - $190,000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Define the design language for Gemini within the Chrome desktop browser.
- Collaborate with design leads to drive the design process from concept to delivery.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to understand requirements.
- Present designs to stakeholders and implement feedback.
- Work with engineers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience designing for AI products.
- Comfort with the evolving landscape of AI.
- Strong communication skills for complex design concepts.
- Portfolio demonstrating understanding of desktop design patterns.
