Compensation:

$132,000 - $190,000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Define the design language for Gemini within the Chrome desktop browser.
  • Collaborate with design leads to drive the design process from concept to delivery.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to understand requirements.
  • Present designs to stakeholders and implement feedback.
  • Work with engineers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience designing for AI products.
  • Comfort with the evolving landscape of AI.
  • Strong communication skills for complex design concepts.
  • Portfolio demonstrating understanding of desktop design patterns.
