This role is based in Mountain View, CA, USA or Waterloo, ON, Canada.
Compensation:
$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Communicate user experience at various design stages with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high-fidelity prototypes.
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into product updates.
- Advocate for design-centered changes and improvements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with high volume output.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
- Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- A portfolio showcasing design experience in mobile and tablet products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in a cross-functional organization.
- 1 year of experience leading design projects.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity to ship features.
