Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
  • Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity prototypes.
  • Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
  • Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
  • Drive multiple projects simultaneously and semi-independently with high volume output.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
  • Experience with project management, cross-functional collaboration, and influencing stakeholders.
  • A portfolio link showcasing exceptional craft and experience designing and leading mobile and tablet product software or services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
  • 1 year of experience leading design projects.
  • Experience with navigating ambiguity to ship features and work cross-functionally.
