Compensation:

$129,000-$185,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative solutions.
  • Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
  • Advocate for design-centered changes and improvements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with high volume output.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
  • Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • A portfolio showcasing exceptional design work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years of experience in a cross-functional organization.
  • Experience leading design projects.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity to ship features at scale.
