This role is based in Los Angeles, CA, with potential location in Playa Vista, CA.

Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Balance user needs and business goals for optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct design research to inform business and product decisions.
  • Own end-to-end design journeys from concept to launch.
  • Create low and high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective outcomes.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
  • Experience with user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Experience with design systems.
  • Portfolio demonstrating relevant work.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience delivering high-quality, consumer-grade experiences.
  • Strong visual design skills.
  • Experience with accessibility design.
