UX Design Manager, Google Pay

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

• Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies.
• Drive the development of design solutions to user, product, and business problems.
• Deliver improvements in design based on UX testing and stakeholder input.
• Coordinate allocation of resources within design projects and guide team members to develop individual Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
• 3 years of experience leading design projects and managing teams.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a cross-functional organization.
• Experience designing across multiple consumer products.
