Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Create conversational, voice-forward experiences across multiple surfaces.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Design flows, prompts, and multi-modal interaction patterns.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in UX design, product design, conversation design, or UX writing.
  • Experience designing conversational AI prompts.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience leading content strategy projects.
  • Experience defining model and agentic AI experiences.
