This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers who deliver technical support across GCP products, ensuring 24-hour customer support.
- Partner with Software Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering teams to manage production incidents in real time.
- Work closely with key customers to solve specific problems and accelerate their adoption of GCP.
- Develop goals and priorities for the team to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedules to resolve customer-impacting technical issues.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of experience in technical support or related fields.
- 5 years of experience managing a technical, customer-facing team.
- Experience in software development (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in troubleshooting applications and managing enterprise customer relationships.
- Technical leadership experience and ability to analyze data using SQL.
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
