Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers on their production deployments to resolve issues and achieve product readiness, availability, and scale.
  • Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles.
  • Advocate for customer needs with internal teams to improve the product.
  • Ensure 24-hour customer support as part of a global team.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Google Cloud's product technology and architectures.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in troubleshooting and advocating for customer's needs.
  • Experience in writing and debugging code in Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, DNS, TCP).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in developing developer tools and troubleshooting network issues.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and Linux/Unix systems.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
