Compensation:
$144,000-$209,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Develop software applications and test automation frameworks for a manufacturing environment.
- Gather business requirements and review software specifications.
- Lead cross-functional design projects.
- Mentor junior team members.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- Experience with software system design and architecture.
- Experience in end-to-end technical delivery of software projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in relevant fields.
- Experience in manufacturing assembly processes and project management.
Tech stack:
Python, Golang, Agile methodologies.
