Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead production-scale release of new high-speed optical and electrical test systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement automated pipelines.
  • Define strategy for scaling test capacity to off-shore Contract Manufacturers.
  • Serve as technical lead for rapid-response production support.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or science fields.
  • 4 years of experience in optoelectronics testing or semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Experience with SQL or Python scripting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in relevant fields.
  • Experience with Contract Manufacturers and high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in automating engineering workflows.
