Responsibilities:
- Lead production-scale release of new high-speed optical and electrical test systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement automated pipelines.
- Define strategy for scaling test capacity to off-shore Contract Manufacturers.
- Serve as technical lead for rapid-response production support.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or science fields.
- 4 years of experience in optoelectronics testing or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experience with SQL or Python scripting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in relevant fields.
- Experience with Contract Manufacturers and high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Experience in automating engineering workflows.
