Technical Solutions Engineering Manager, Google Cloud

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers who deliver technical support across all Google Cloud Platform products.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate customer needs into better products.
- Manage production incidents in real time with emphasis on timely issue identification and customer communication.
- Resolve high-profile escalations and improve customer experience.
- Develop goals and priorities alongside the team.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or equivalent experience.
- 13 years of experience in technical support, professional services, software development, or product operations management.
- 3 years of experience managing a technical, customer-facing team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with managing hosted services/SaaS and familiarity with programming/scripting languages like Java, C, C++, .NET, Go, Python.
- Experience in troubleshooting applications such as web services and databases.
- Ability to advocate for customers across a cross-functional organization.
