Technical Solutions Engineer, Infrastructure, Compute

This role is based in Paris, France.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the customer’s problems through effective diagnosis and resolution.
• Develop knowledge of Google's product technology and underlying architectures.
• Act as a consultant for internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles.
• Advocate for customer needs with cross-functional teams.
• Work as part of a global team providing 24-hour customer support.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python or Java.
• Experience in cloud computing.

Preferred qualifications:

• Certification in GCP or equivalent fields.
• Experience with Distributed Computing and Systems Administration.
• Knowledge of Hypervisor concepts and distributed applications in a cloud-based environment.
