This role is based in Paris, France.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer’s problems through effective diagnosis and resolution.
- Develop knowledge of Google's product technology and underlying architectures.
- Act as a consultant for internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles.
- Advocate for customer needs with cross-functional teams.
- Work as part of a global team providing 24-hour customer support.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python or Java.
- Experience in cloud computing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in GCP or equivalent fields.
- Experience with Distributed Computing and Systems Administration.
- Knowledge of Hypervisor concepts and distributed applications in a cloud-based environment.
