This role is based in Paris, France.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer’s problems through effective diagnosis and resolution.
- Develop knowledge of Google's product technology and architectures.
- Act as a consultant for internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles.
- Advocate for customer needs with cross-functional teams.
- Work as part of a global team ensuring 24-hour customer support.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and customer advocacy.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java).
- Experience in cloud computing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in GCP or equivalent fields.
- 2 years of experience with Distributed Computing and Kubernetes.
- Experience troubleshooting network issues.
