Technical Solutions Engineer, Home Automation

This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$126,000-$181,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Understand partner use cases and provide insights on solution design and integration.
• Develop samples and documentation for partner integrations with Google Home devices.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering to resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Travel to meet partners for support and troubleshooting, up to 30% as needed.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs.
• Experience coding in languages such as Swift, Kotlin, Java, Python, and JavaScript.

Preferred qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in technical consulting for large enterprise customers.
• 3 years of experience in application design and troubleshooting across platforms.
