This role is based in Warsaw, Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer issues through effective diagnosis and resolution on Google Cloud Platform products.
- Understand Google's product technology and troubleshoot customer-reported issues.
- Act as a consultant for internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles.
- Advocate for customer needs with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs.
- 4 years of experience with technologies such as Web Tech, Data/Big Data, and Kubernetes.
- Experience in reading/debugging code in languages like Java, Python, or C++.
- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed data processing frameworks.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and system administration.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
