Technical Solutions Engineer, Databases

This role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer issues through effective diagnosis and resolution on Google Cloud Platform products.
• Understand Google's product technology and troubleshoot customer-reported issues.
• Act as a consultant for internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles.
• Advocate for customer needs with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs.
• 4 years of experience with technologies such as Web Tech, Data/Big Data, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in reading/debugging code in languages like Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed data processing frameworks.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and system administration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
