Technical Recruiter, Knowledge and Information

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools.
• Advocate for candidates and support the interview and offer process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on hiring strategies.
• Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals.
• Partner with stakeholders to build solutions for goals.

Minimum qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• 1 year of experience with recruitment at an agency or in-house recruiting team.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or a related technical role.
• 1 year of experience in closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
