This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools.
- Advocate for candidates and support the interview and offer process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on hiring strategies.
- Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals.
- Partner with stakeholders to build solutions for goals.
Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- 1 year of experience with recruitment at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or a related technical role.
- 1 year of experience in closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
