Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for data center talent across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
  • Build sourcing strategies and track employment trends.
  • Collaborate with interview teams for quality assessments.
  • Negotiate offers and partner with management for critical hires.
  • Identify recruitment process bottlenecks and recommend enhancements.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of full-cycle experience hiring for technical or data center operations roles within EMEA.
  • Experience in talent acquisition methodologies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
  • Experience managing apprenticeship programs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
