Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for data center talent across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
- Build sourcing strategies and track employment trends.
- Collaborate with interview teams for quality assessments.
- Negotiate offers and partner with management for critical hires.
- Identify recruitment process bottlenecks and recommend enhancements.
Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of full-cycle experience hiring for technical or data center operations roles within EMEA.
- Experience in talent acquisition methodologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience managing apprenticeship programs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
