Technical Program Manager, XR Immersive Experiences

Compensation:

$192,000-$278,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex XR applications and features, from initial technical scoping to consumer launch.
  • Partner with engineering leads and stakeholders to define technical requirements and manage dependencies.
  • Identify technical risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Establish agile workflows for quick iterations while maintaining timelines.
  • Provide data-driven updates to leadership on program health and milestones.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in Augmented Reality (AR)/Virtual Reality (VR)/XR space.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing the full software development lifecycle for consumer-facing applications.
  • Proficiency in using data to drive engineering decisions.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in product environments.
