Technical Program Manager, WAN Infrastructure, Capacity Planning, Global Network Planning

This role is based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects to develop and publish topology and capacity Plans of Record.
• Support the release of network plans and ensure topology changes pass through necessary approvals.
• Drive the transition to new planning pipelines and maintain strong relationships with internal partners.
• Establish and monitor key business metrics for planning efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance to automate workflows and resolve planning process obstacles.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 3 years of experience in network capacity planning.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in project management within network planning.
• Ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic planning environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
