Technical Program Manager, WAN Infrastructure and Capacity

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Manage optical transport infrastructure and capacity delivery for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.
- Oversee network projects involving metro/long-haul systems and fiber.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure stakeholders are informed of project status.
- Engage with external vendors for network build services.
- Assist in developing infrastructure requirements and delivery expectations.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in program or technical project management.
- Experience with risk management and stakeholder management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with network infrastructure operations or builds.
- Knowledge of project management in optical network infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills.
