Technical Program Manager, WAN Infrastructure and Capacity

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Manage optical transport infrastructure and capacity delivery for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.
• Oversee network projects involving metro/long-haul systems and fiber.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure stakeholders are informed of project status.
• Engage with external vendors for network build services.
• Assist in developing infrastructure requirements and delivery expectations.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in program or technical project management.
• Experience with risk management and stakeholder management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with network infrastructure operations or builds.
• Knowledge of project management in optical network infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills.
