This role is based in London, UK.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the integration of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes across Global Data Centers.
- Establish and enforce global Building Information Model (BIM) content standards.
- Partner with design and construction teams to manage vendor operations.
- Provide guidance on software utilization and emerging technologies.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in program management and BIM/VDC implementation.
- Experience with construction projects from start to delivery.
Preferred qualifications:
- Structural Engineering or Registered Architecture license.
- Experience with Virtual Design/BIM software (e.g., Autodesk, Revit).
- Excellent presentation and collaboration skills.
