Technical Program Manager, Virtual Design and Construction, Google Data Centers

This role is based in New York, NY.

Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Drive integration of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes across Global Data Centers.
  • Establish and enforce global Building Information Model (BIM) content standards.
  • Partner with regional design and construction teams to manage sustaining operations vendors.
  • Provide guidance on software utilization and drive integration of emerging technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management and BIM/VDC implementation.
  • 5 years of experience with construction projects from start to delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Structural Engineering or Registered Architecture license.
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Microstation, Navisworks.
  • Excellent presentation, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.
