This role is based in London, UK or Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement process, from vendor selection and agreement negotiations to managing variations and final system handover.
  • Validate critical engineering decisions regarding cable routing, protection, marine installation methods, and landing point infrastructure.
  • Lead cross-functional internal and external teams to drive project execution, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
  • Develop permit acquisition strategies with vendors, monitoring application risks and implementing schedule mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate the readiness of Cable Landing Stations (CLS), fronthaul/backhaul, and beach infrastructure to ensure seamless installation.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in submarine cable project deployment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a data-driven problem-solving approach.
