Technical Program Manager, Subsea Build

This role is based in London, UK or Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process, from vendor selection and agreement negotiations to managing variations and final system handover.
- Validate critical engineering decisions regarding cable routing, protection, marine installation methods, and landing point infrastructure.
- Lead cross-functional internal and external teams to drive project execution, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
- Develop permit acquisition strategies with vendors, monitoring application risks and implementing schedule mitigation plans.
- Coordinate the readiness of Cable Landing Stations (CLS), fronthaul/backhaul, and beach infrastructure to ensure seamless installation.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in submarine cable project deployment.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a data-driven problem-solving approach.
