Technical Program Manager, Strategy Operations

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Transform complex datasets from subsea cable systems into actionable insights.
• Manage and track project build progress, focusing on critical path identification.
• Leverage data to identify bottlenecks and propose mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather business requirements.
• Establish program metrics and success indicators.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with data visualization in Python, Tableau, or Power BI.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience in program management within networking.
• Strong problem-solving and financial skills.
