Compensation:
$163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Define, scope, and drive execution strategy for security infrastructure programs from initial concepts through global deployment and stabilization.
- Partner with engineering and construction teams to map out project execution details.
- Manage logistics of complex brownfield migrations with minimal downtime.
- Identify technical and logistical risks while establishing mitigation protocols.
- Serve as the central hub connecting global teams and translating technical complexities into actionable roadmaps.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in technical program management or engineering within mission-critical facilities.
- 5 years of experience managing technology deployments across the full life-cycle.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing capital projects and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience managing programs within hyperscale data center environments.
- Track record of delivering multi-million dollar technology upgrades across regions.
- Advanced knowledge of physical security systems and brownfield deployment strategies.
