Technical Program Manager, Security Technology Global Rollouts

Location: Kirkland, WA, USA; Atlanta, GA, USA; and more.

Compensation:

$163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Define, scope, and drive execution strategy for security infrastructure programs from initial concepts through global deployment and stabilization.
• Partner with engineering and construction teams to map out project execution details.
• Manage logistics of complex brownfield migrations with minimal downtime.
• Identify technical and logistical risks while establishing mitigation protocols.
• Serve as the central hub connecting global teams and translating technical complexities into actionable roadmaps.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in technical program management or engineering within mission-critical facilities.
• 5 years of experience managing technology deployments across the full life-cycle.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing capital projects and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience managing programs within hyperscale data center environments.
• Track record of delivering multi-million dollar technology upgrades across regions.
• Advanced knowledge of physical security systems and brownfield deployment strategies.
