This role is based in multiple locations including New York, NY and Atlanta, GA.

Compensation:

$192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Establish program governance and risk reviews across DCTS and Google Data Centers.
  • Define and manage governance of Product Life Cycle agreements.
  • Advocate for AI tool adoption to automate PMO tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
  • Improve communication structures across DCTS and TPM organizations.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field.
  • 8 years of experience in technical and product program management.
  • Experience in infrastructure program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in program management or equivalent.
  • Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
