Technical Program Manager, Offsite Infrastructure Delivery

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of all APAC region projects.
• Escalate project issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Manage project-level data accuracy within enterprise tools.
• Engage collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Document and improve project management processes.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 8 years of experience in infrastructure project management.
• Experience in utility infrastructure delivery.
• Knowledge of project management principles.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with government and regulatory bodies.
• Change management and communication strategy experience.
• Knowledge of infrastructure contracting and governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
