Technical Program Manager, Network, Infrastructure

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive the delivery of network engineering and Life Cycle Management (LCM) deployment programs/projects.
• Oversee third-party vendors for monitoring and troubleshooting network services.
• Design and launch new processes, ensuring efficient achievement of objectives.
• Develop reports to track project status, managing scope, schedule, and risks.
• Collaborate with Network Engineers, Software Engineers, and Project Managers on large technical networking projects.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in network infrastructure and devices.

Preferred qualifications:

• Certification in PMP, Agile project management, CCNA, CCNP, or similar.
• Experience managing technical vendors and delivering network infrastructure upgrades.
• Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies in enterprise networks.
