This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage end-to-end repeatable, transparent and complex planning pipelines.
  • Ingest, analyse, understand and rationalize demand forecasts for all EMEA related flows.
  • Translate demand forecasts into regional capacity plans over time, ensuring optimized and cost-effective network solutions.
  • Own and deliver in-depth technical Risk Assessments based on various what-if analysis.
  • Communicate and partner with internal business owners, technical teams, and strategic negotiators.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in Network Infrastructure and Architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in program management for networking and infrastructure assets.
  • Knowledge of fiber optic systems/submarine cable ecosystem.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and identify optimization opportunities.
