Technical Program Manager, LongHaul Planning

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end repeatable, transparent planning pipelines for EMEA network planning activities.
• Optimize Google’s production network for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Analyze demand forecasts and translate them into regional capacity plans.
• Conduct technical risk assessments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with network infrastructure acquisition.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
• Understanding of EMEA and global carrier networks.
• Excellent problem-solving and financial skills.
