Compensation:

$192,000-$278,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead investments to accelerate user growth in global search visits.
  • Manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners.
  • Establish a governance structure for effective decision-making.
  • Develop relationships across organizations to advocate for program needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with machine learning technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10 years of program management experience, including 5 years in technical roles.
  • Understanding of GenAI prompting and data-driven decision-making.
