Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure SRE

This role is based in Munich, Germany or Warsaw, Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with SRE/Development leads to define and lead the Infrastructure program portfolio, setting investments and managing resource allocation.
- Collaborate with SRE Engineers and development partners to improve core systems.
- Establish program governance for operational excellence and facilitate decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track and measure program performance for organizational growth.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management, including Technical Program Management.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Jira.
- Experience leading technical projects or working with engineering teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
- Understanding of engineering concepts for managing systems or features.
- Ability to influence team members and collaborate across functions.
- Excellent communication and process skills.
