Responsibilities:

  • Partner with SRE/Development leads to define and lead the Infrastructure program portfolio, setting investments and managing resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with SRE Engineers and development partners to improve core systems.
  • Establish program governance for operational excellence and facilitate decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Track and measure program performance for organizational growth.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management, including Technical Program Management.
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Jira.
  • Experience leading technical projects or working with engineering teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Understanding of engineering concepts for managing systems or features.
  • Ability to influence team members and collaborate across functions.
  • Excellent communication and process skills.
