This role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Site Reliability Engineering leadership to define the outlook for the infrastructure program portfolio.
  • Collaborate with SRE Engineers and development partners to architect improvements for core systems.
  • Establish and evolve program governance frameworks to enhance execution.
  • Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks while building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Define and track key performance indicators for program health.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management or engineering leadership.
  • Experience with data analysis and infrastructure management tools.
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in a technical field.
  • Understanding of SRE principles.
  • Ability to engage in technical design discussions.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders.
