Technical Program Manager III, Supplier Technology and Commodity Management, Cloud Supply Chain

Compensation:

$163,000-$237,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the selection and management of foundry partners for advanced process nodes.
  • Negotiate pricing, business models, and Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) for wafer capacity and packaging slots.
  • Manage transitions from New Product Introduction (NPI) to High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
  • Establish chip and block-level specifications in partnership with system architects.
  • Develop multi-sourcing strategies to mitigate supply chain risks.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in sourcing, commodity management, or supply chain operations within the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience with foundry/fabless environments and semiconductor process packaging flows.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in advanced packaging technology and next-generation node qualification.
  • Ability to influence global teams and manage complex supplier relationships.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin for regional supplier management.
